Academic Highlights

I have enjoyed my time as a student at Villanova University, where I gained a foundation in physical and life sciences as a Comprehensive Science Major and a Global Health minor. I have expanded upon my knowledge-base in graduate school, with studying Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia, University with a purpose of helping others enhance health through nourishment and lifestyle modalities. Thus far, my graduate studies have shaped me as a nutrition scholar, researcher, and educator where I have engaged in a number of diverse learning opportunities including class projects, handout composition, written work, and newsletter articles. I am so thankful for all the wonderful faculty and class peers who have taught and supported me throughout my academic career!
