Rise and Shine Breakfast Bowls
What better way to start off the day than with a breakfast bowl. Each morning brings a new opportunity to express my creativity, while putting together a meal that is nourishing, satisfying, and energizing with plenty of nutrients, antioxidants, and fiber. I make each ‘mundane’ morning an occasion to be celebrated, while crafting an aesthetically pleasing design of fruit, nut butter, and seeds. These always brighten my day :)
my morning breakfast bowls usually consists of:
Base : (one or more of the following)
- Oatmeal
- Yogurt
- Chia Seed Pudding
- Smoothie
Toppings: (one or more of the following)
- Fruit (the options are endless! My favorites are banana, apple, and berries)
- Nut or seed butter
- Seeds (My favorites are pumpkin, hemp, chia, and flax seeds)
- Granola
- Spices (My favorite is cinnamon)
